Acceptance of Use
By placing an order or interacting with our food delivery platform, you affirm your consent to these terms. If you do not agree, refrain from accessing our services.
CraveZoom reserves the liberty to modify these provisions at any time. Continued use implies recognition and acceptance of updates.
Eligibility Criteria
To utilize our delivery system, you must be at least 18 years old and possess valid contact and billing credentials. Regional laws may apply.
We retain the right to decline service to those not meeting eligibility standards.
Order Agreement
When you confirm a food order, you establish a direct contractual relationship with CraveZoom, accepting the stated prices, timelines, and delivery conditions.
Violations of these terms may result in additional fees or account suspension.
Charges & Payments
All menu items, delivery costs, and taxes must be paid upfront, unless stated otherwise at checkout.
Unfulfilled payments may halt service or incur administrative penalties.
Cancellations & Refunds
Full refunds are possible if cancellations are made within 15 minutes of order placement. Afterward, partial deductions may apply.
Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days, subject to your financial institution’s clearance protocols.
Meal Quality & Responsibility
We ensure all dishes are prepared and packaged in compliance with quality benchmarks. Immediate notification of any inconsistency is expected upon delivery.
Post-delivery handling or spoilage is beyond our scope unless explicitly outlined in your order terms.
Coverage & Liability
Basic coverage is included against courier mishandling or misdelivery. Optional protection plans can be selected during checkout.
CraveZoom disclaims liability for damages not covered under the delivery policy or arising from customer error.
Permitted Usage
Our platform may only be used for lawful, residential food purchases. Misuse, fraudulent orders, or reselling is forbidden.
All consequences from misuse—including charges, damages, or restrictions—are solely your responsibility.
Delays in Fulfillment
We strive to honor delivery estimates, but disruptions from weather, traffic, or technical faults may occur.
When possible, please alert us in advance if delivery windows must be adjusted to avoid complications.
Premature Cancellations
If a confirmed delivery is refused or canceled post-preparation, you will not be entitled to a refund.
Credit may be offered on a discretionary basis for future use, subject to review.
Termination Clause
CraveZoom may immediately terminate service access if fraudulent, offensive, or prohibited behavior is identified.
Such termination nullifies refund claims and access rights without further notice.
Uncontrollable Events
We are not liable for interruptions caused by power outages, civil unrest, or unforeseeable external factors.
Alternative arrangements may be pursued if feasible, but are not guaranteed.
Indemnity Statement
By using CraveZoom, you agree to indemnify us against claims, fines, or liabilities stemming from misuse or violations.
This includes damages to third parties or incidents arising during the delivery process.
Applicable Law
These terms are governed by the legal system of the jurisdiction in which CraveZoom operates its headquarters.
You consent to the exclusive legal authority of courts within that region in any arising dispute.
Resolution of Disputes
Before resorting to legal actions, both parties agree to pursue informal solutions or third-party mediation when reasonable.
All proceedings, including arbitration, must take place in our company's principal service area.
